We researched the market looking for a bespoke Mirror TV, we found a number of different suppliers, but TV in disguise ticked all the boxes. It is a personalised service from Andy, Debbie and the team, they care about what they do. Andy is passionate about the product he is providing. We requested an exact type of frame – colour, style, shape & size and Andy was able to manufacture the exact requirements; and the finished product is beautiful!! Andy travelled to install it himself with a member of his team, they made sure everything was right & gave me a good tutorial to set me off well in using the product. The after service was good too, when I needed help with something. Now I’m using the product the vanity mirror is beautiful and when the TV is on it’s a really clear picture. When the TV is off I have a choice of the mirror alone or some artwork I have selected & put in my favourites 😊. I would highly recommend this family business! Thank you Andy & Debbie, your hard work and dedication is appreciated. I have had lots of compliments about my Mirror TV 😀.

Quick delivery, well packaged. Good communication from the company.

We chose a decorative black frame. It slotted over the TV really easily, fits perfectly without obstructing any of the screen. Its really well made and my TV looks exactly like a picture. I highly recommend this product and company.

We ordered a frame which came well packaged and exactly as promised. We also contacted the supplier with a couple of queries and they could not have been more helpful – would unreservedly recommend.

Have had a great experience with TV IN disguise. I rang the company to ask about the frame samples and mirror finish samples I had received, a very helpful call, and I ordered the product the next day. The mirror TV arrived in 2 weeks with great communications with the delivery team throughout. The mirror is now mounted and we are very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend TV IN disguise, both the product and the customer service.

Fantastic service, had to phone Debbie several times in advance of purchase – she was knowledgeable and professional throughout. I paid extra to have it installed and Debbie and her husband were professional, efficient and tidy. It was great to meet them and I am thrilled with my purchase, it looks fantastic, the picture is great. Very happy customer.

It was so easy to mount and it looks really beautiful.

We bought a TV InDisguise 55″ Samsung QN90 mounted in a frame. The ordering process was stress free as all our queries were dealt with by email. Delivery was scheduled to meet our needs given delays in our renovation. Our AV specialist was really impressed by the build quality and took photos to show his potential clients too – the frame is perfectly fitted and all the joints are tight.

We ordered a frame for our Samsung ‘Frame’ TV

Debbie immediately emailed us to let us know that there would be a short delay and would we be happy to wait, which we were. Debbie kept us informed at all times and once we had received it she emailed to ask if we were happy with it.

In fact we were delighted with the quality of the frame which fitted perfectly and the colour was exactly right.

A first class service from a first class company

We were planning to get an additional frame for our Frame TV, but after dropping it and damaging 2 corners this became more critical. Samsung quoted us a silly amount but Debbie and the team came to the rescue and adjusted the depth of our chosen frame to perfectly cover the damage. They were quick, super communicative and the final product looks gorgeous. Highly recommend!

We have ordered two mirror TVs and then 3 large bespoke mirrors, the service from first contact to completion has been absolutely outstanding, the team even moved work schedules around to very kindly install the mirror tvs on the day we completed on our house so we had one less job to do on move day. I could not recommend highly enough, we have used other companies before, and they simply do not compare.

We love our new TV in Disguise frame – our TV now really looks like a painting! The service was fantastic – so quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful when I rang with my questions before ordering. Would definitely recommend!

From the start this company did not put one foot wrong.I strongly suggest that if you are thinking of getting a Mirrored TV that you go on a sunny day to see them in Golcar.You will get very knowledgable advice about the pros and cons of these devices and how to deploy them.They were very helpful and consequently we found ourselves being able to make an informed decision about our purchase. We had to get our own electrician / builder to put the ducting in for the wiring -but we were having the room decorated .They waited whilst we got our act together! They provided advice for our contractor ,sent the bracket .Andy and Debbie put up with my stream of questions (because I’m not a techno boffin at all) The amazing thing was that the day after we said we were ready -Ben came out fitted it and help set the TV up.It looks great .A totally stress free experience -no hard sell -Great workmanship and a professional service-an exemplary family business …and they are really nice people too

We bought a Samsung 32 inch Frame TV and needed a nice frame. We looked at many but the tv in disguise team send samples next working day which helped choose the colour and style and once we ordered the frame arrived beautifully packaged and now looks wonderful on the wall. It’s really finished the room.
