We have ordered two mirror TVs and then 3 large bespoke mirrors, the service from first contact to completion has been absolutely outstanding, the team even moved work schedules around to very kindly install the mirror tvs on the day we completed on our house so we had one less job to do on move day. I could not recommend highly enough, we have used other companies before, and they simply do not compare.

We ordered a frame for our Samsung ‘Frame’ TV

Debbie immediately emailed us to let us know that there would be a short delay and would we be happy to wait, which we were. Debbie kept us informed at all times and once we had received it she emailed to ask if we were happy with it.

In fact we were delighted with the quality of the frame which fitted perfectly and the colour was exactly right.

A first class service from a first class company

We were planning to get an additional frame for our Frame TV, but after dropping it and damaging 2 corners this became more critical. Samsung quoted us a silly amount but Debbie and the team came to the rescue and adjusted the depth of our chosen frame to perfectly cover the damage. They were quick, super communicative and the final product looks gorgeous. Highly recommend!

We love our new TV in Disguise frame – our TV now really looks like a painting! The service was fantastic – so quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful when I rang with my questions before ordering. Would definitely recommend!

From the start this company did not put one foot wrong.I strongly suggest that if you are thinking of getting a Mirrored TV that you go on a sunny day to see them in Golcar.You will get very knowledgable advice about the pros and cons of these devices and how to deploy them.They were very helpful and consequently we found ourselves being able to make an informed decision about our purchase. We had to get our own electrician / builder to put the ducting in for the wiring -but we were having the room decorated .They waited whilst we got our act together! They provided advice for our contractor ,sent the bracket .Andy and Debbie put up with my stream of questions (because I’m not a techno boffin at all) The amazing thing was that the day after we said we were ready -Ben came out fitted it and help set the TV up.It looks great .A totally stress free experience -no hard sell -Great workmanship and a professional service-an exemplary family business …and they are really nice people too

We bought a Samsung 32 inch Frame TV and needed a nice frame. We looked at many but the tv in disguise team send samples next working day which helped choose the colour and style and once we ordered the frame arrived beautifully packaged and now looks wonderful on the wall. It’s really finished the room.

Just installed the mirrored Samsung The Frame TV as part of a major refurbishment. Invested a lot into custom joinery so didn’t want what was obviously a TV to dominate the room. I was helped through the order process in terms of the benefits of the normal top-end Samsung vs the Picture TV. They informed promptly when there was a slight delay to the order delivery – only a very slight delay and nothing like the delay on having the joinery installed. It was then delivered exactly as promised and they followed up a couple of times to ensure I was completely happy.

I think the combination of having a perfect framed mirror when the room isn’t really being used, artwork when using the room but not wanting to watch TV, and a TV when needed is great. My joiner did an excellent job of hiding the box and wiring so everyone just thinks its a mirror.

We are so delighted with the finished product. The design and look was just what we were looking for, as neither of us wanted a tv that was the focal point of the room. Debbie has been so helpful and the whole process has been so straight forward. We would highly recommend this lovely company. Thank you

Great customer service – we originally ordered the wrong sizes and return was easy, and they kept us updated with our replacement order constantly, even over Xmas!

We are delighted with the TV, which not only looks stunning (frame, mirror finish and TV picture), but sounds terrific too. Exactly what we were hoping for – and more.

The two delivery men were very helpful, careful and polite too. Debbie was helpful at all times and made sure that everything went smoothly…including when we accidentally paid twice (!) and she arranged a refund very quickly.

When we bought the Frame TV we got one of the Samsung frames with it – and it looked fine. But when we got one of the Frames from TV in disguise, it really looked amazing and finished off our living room perfectly. We ordered some of the samples before purchasing it which was really useful. Then we went ahead and ordered. IT arrived in decent time, well packaged and was very straightforward to install. We are delighted with the results and the friendly service we recieved. Could not recommend more highly.

I was looking to purchase a mirror television for my new home. Andy was exceptionally knowledgeable and the service he provided was excellent. The television is great, and the mirror fits into the house perfectly. The whole process was superb, economic, efficient and friendly. I could not have asked for more (and I am exceptionally demanding).
