Service
We are a small family business. When you first make contact it will probably be with Debbie. If not it will be Debbie’s husband, Andy. Straight away you are talking to someone who owns the business. We care passionately about our business and we want everyone who buys from us to know how much love and care has gone into manufacturing their product.
Talking to Andy or Debbie you will receive honest and useful advice regarding the products we supply. We will never sell you a product that we don’t think will fit into your environment. And we will endeavour to work with you to find the solution that works best for you, even if that means we don’t make a sale.
After receiving your order, we lovingly manufacture it. We have found that Parcelforce are the best courier to deliver our TV frames, but ALL Mirror TVs are delivered by us personally, to ensure they get there in perfect condition. If you would like us to install your TV, please ask when ordering.
Quality
Having twenty plus years of manufacturing experience, it’s safe to say we know what we are doing. We inspect every length of moulding and every pane of glass, both before manufacture, during and after. We test every framed mirror TV before packing and we pre-fit every hangover TV frame to ensure it fits perfectly. Once we deliver your Mirror TV, we unpack it for you so you can check our quality too!
It’s important to note that we only use Qled or NeoQled Samsung TVs. A standard LCD TV simply does not have the brightness to overcome the mirror coating on the two way mirror.
The mirror is critical too. We will always recommend our standard tinted bronze mirror. This mirror has a warm glow and looks like a mirror when the TV is off, but allows the best possible viewing experience when in use. We can also supply a vanity mirror. This mirror is much more reflective than our standard mirror and not recommended for every day use, but works great in a bedroom environment.
Price
We are never knowingly undersold. We know our competition, many of whom are London based. And we know how expensive they can be. Our background was in supplying products to the Trade. Who would then apply a significant mark up. In establishing TV IN disguise we made the decision to manufacture top quality products Direct to the consumer and not the trade. This allows us to undercut our competition by often a considerable amount. You save money and we win your business.

If you would like to visit us, we are based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. We have an industrial unit that is part of an old mill, overlooking the beautiful Colne Valley. We have most of our products on display in our showroom and welcome visitors by appointment only.
