Have had a great experience with TV IN disguise. I rang the company to ask about the frame samples and mirror finish samples I had received, a very helpful call, and I ordered the product the next day. The mirror TV arrived in 2 weeks with great communications with the delivery team throughout. The mirror is now mounted and we are very pleased with the result. Called for initial advice about frames and delivery as we live in the far north of Scotland.
Debbie had a delivery going to Edinburgh the following week and was able to rush our order through in time to go out with it and we collected it a couple of weeks later!
The TV was really well packaged, arrived at our collection point exactly as arranged and communication was excellent.
We are delighted with the TV, it looks amazing and having it installed in time for Christmas was an unexpected bonus! We have had so many compliments so expect some more orders from Scotland!
