Amazing product and fabulous customer service

I researched for a mirror tv for a bedroom and was surprised I could not find a local company so I could view the product. I need not have worried, although miles away , tv in disguise talked me through the options , sent samples of the surrounds and were wonderfully helpful and informative. The order was placed and the tv was delivered by the company itself who were friendly , professional and totally brilliant. Furthermore we have had lovely follow up emails to check everything is set up satisfactorily and offering tech support if need be. I cannot recommend tv indisguise more highly, what a great find and what a fabulous company.

Thank you so much I am delighted with the tv, it’s amazing no one can believe it’s a mirror and a tv!

Great, friendly, prompt service. Enquiry before I ordered was answered quickly. I ordered samples which I think is worth doing before you commit and is inexpensive. Then frame arrived promptly and well wrapped with regular personal updates from Debbie as my order progressed. Instructions were clear and very easy to attach my frame to my TV and make sure remote still working. Even follow up email to check I’m happy. Highly recommend this company.

Absolutely transformed my Samsung. I was really pleased with my Samsung TV but this frame has taken it to another level. A quality product that has really transformed my TV, it looks great, fits perfectly and really is a beautiful product. Highly recommend.
