“Having had a really bad experience trying to get a Bezel Frame for our “Samsung The Frame 55″ TV” directly from Samsung, I actually stumbled across TV In Disguise trying to google search an alternative supplier. I have to say, Andy and his team were exceptional. Communication was great throughout and within 10 days they had delivered a wonderful customised bezel that slipped simply and perfectly over our TV and looks amazing. Contrast with Samsung themselves who kept us waiting for over four months with zero communication before I finally lost patience and threatened to process a Section 71 Claim via my credit card provider to provoke some sort of response and get a refund.
TV In Disguise get the highest recommendation possible – I’d give them 6 stars if I could! Thanks Guys – I’ll be back again later in the year for another one when the living room refirb is finished.”
