Customer Review from Julie L

We recently ordered a framed TV from you through your Amazon shop (you spoke to my husband on the telephone?) I just wanted to say thank you. We love it…

Great service

October 13, 2026

We ordered the TV and expected to have a few choices on The Frame. We were amazed at the choice available! A frame for every type of decor and home. The Frame is a separate delivery (given the choice) and arrived very quickly. Very well packaged and seconds to install. A great idea, service and product.

Having looked about on line and contacting one or two suppliers I came back to TV in disguise due to their customer service and their ability to follow our order from start to finish.

Only ever helpful, I would highly recommend.

5 Star Product & Service

August 21, 2026

My husband researched a frame for our new Samsung Frame TV and came across TV In Disguise. From the moment he made the first enquiry he was impressed. All email correspondence was friendly, helpful & efficient. When the frame arrived, I took delivery of it & was thrilled that they even fit it for me. The frame is beautiful, immaculately made and the service all round was above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Amazing product and fabulous customer service

July 20, 2026

I researched for a mirror tv for a bedroom and was surprised I could not find a local company so I could view the product. I need not have worried, although miles away , tv in disguise talked me through the options , sent samples of the surrounds and were wonderfully helpful and informative. The order was placed and the tv was delivered by the company itself who were friendly , professional and totally brilliant. Furthermore we have had lovely follow up emails to check everything is set up satisfactorily and offering tech support if need be. I cannot recommend tv indisguise more highly, what a great find and what a fabulous company.

Thank you so much I am delighted with the tv, it’s amazing no one can believe it’s a mirror and a tv!

Love my TV frame

Great, friendly, prompt service. Enquiry before I ordered was answered quickly. I ordered samples which I think is worth doing before you commit and is inexpensive. Then frame arrived promptly and well wrapped with regular personal updates from Debbie as my order progressed. Instructions were clear and very easy to attach my frame to my TV and make sure remote still working. Even follow up email to check I’m happy. Highly recommend this company.
